K-11 School Portraits

  • wHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CHILD MISSES PICTURE DAY?

    For Fall picture day we will typically have a retake day at the school to make-up a missed yearbook portrait. Specific dates for retakes can be found through the school or by contacting us. For those unable to attend the retake day we also have the option to retake within our studio. For Spring portraits and other events, your student or athlete can make-up their individual photo in our studio.

  • do you offer a digital copy of pictures?

    Digital images of individual portraits can be purchased, it includes a release that allows printing at alternate locations and sharing online for social media sites. When portraits are viewed online there is a watermark for copyright purposes, after purchasing digital images or prints the copyright watermark is removed.

  • how do i get my pin to view my portraits online?

    Give us a call or send us an email and we’ll be happy to assist you!

  • is payment required on picture day?

    Grads Photography offers multiple options for parents and other family members to order picture packages. The quickest and convenient way is to order photos online, depending on the event picture ordering may be available before or after the picture day. Or give us a call to help you place your order 623-580-4723.

  • do you offer retouching?

    Yes we do offer Basic and Premium retouching for school portraits. Basic retouching is for redness, shine and blemishes on the face. Premium retouching includes all of Basic retouching plus teeth whitening and retouching of minor cuts or scrapes on the face.

  • I never received my order what should i do?

    If you did not receive your portraits, please give us a call at 623-580-4723 and we will assist you.

  • Is it too late to order my child’s pictures?

    All of our web galleries stay active for about one year or more after picture day. If you cannot find your child’s gallery online, please give us a call or send us an email to place your order.

  • i don’t like how this picture came out, what can i do?

    Grads Photography offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with how a photograph turned out we will retake your photo.
