SENIOR PORTRAITS
FAQ’S & POLICIES
Photography:
what should i wear for my yearbook portrait?
Some schools have different outfit requirements for the yearbook portrait. If you are unsure of your schools requirement, please call us 623-566-1082. If your school requires you to wear a tux or drape or cap and gown, we will provide them for the portrait. If you are wearing a drape please wear a spaghetti strap shirt to your appointment so we can place you in the drape. If you are wearing a tux, please wear a plain white t-shirt and we will provide the rest. For cap and gown portraits we recommend wearing a blouse or a dress shirt with a collar/and or tie.
how does the school receive my yearbook portrait?
No need to stress! Make sure to take your yearbook photo before your yearbook deadline. Grads will take care of sending your yearbook image to your school.
does my parent or guardian Need to be at my appointment?
We recommend parents or guardians attend the photography appointment with your senior to be a part of the experience. This is a special moment in your graduates life that only happens once! If you are unable to make your seniors appointment, please make sure their session has already been paid for. Parents or Guardians should be present for viewing appointments at our Glendale Studio.
What is an on-location session (Environmental photography)?
Our On-Location sessions are outdoor portraits that take place only on Saturday mornings and are a separate appointment from your session in our studio. These photos are not for your yearbook and are by appointment only. It is a 1 outfit 15-minute session (there are not places for outfit changes to take place). You will meet your photographer at your scheduled time at one of our two scenic locations for you to choose from. If you’d like to bring props, pets or a vehicle to take your pictures with you are able to do so. To schedule an On-Location session please call our studio at 623-566-1082.
What if i cannot make it to my appointment or i am running late?
You can reschedule your studio photography appointment online if it is more than 24 hours in advance. If you are running late to your in studio photography appointment please give us a call. If you are running late to your on-location session please call your photographer directly, their information is emailed to you before your appointment, our studio office is not open during the times of On-Location portraits. If you are running more than 15 minutes late for any photography appointment you may need to reschedule your appointment depending on scheduling availability.
